About this Position
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Education Expert to join our Professional Beauty Education team in Cape Town.
This role is responsible for delivering high-quality education and training to salon professionals, supporting brand growth through technical expertise, product knowledge, and inspiring education experiences.
What you´ll do
- Deliver professional education programs, seminars, and in-salon training
- Educate stylists on colour, care, and styling product ranges
- Support salon partners through technical expertise and product knowledge
- Represent the brand at events, shows, and educational workshops
- Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with salons and stylists
What makes you a good fit
- Qualified hairdresser with strong technical colour knowledge
- Previous experience in education or training within the professional hair industry preferred
- Confident presenter with strong communication skills
- Passion for learning, teaching, and inspiring hair professionals
- Willingness to travel within the region
