About this Position
The Customer Master Data Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely publication of product data for our North America Global Data Sync (GDS) operations. You will be part of the Customer Master Data team, collaborating closely with internal data owners, customer service teams, and business partners to resolve data gaps, support reporting needs, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Working in this environment means joining a team that values accuracy, speed, and collaboration, with clearly defined performance expectations and opportunities to share best practices. This role offers the chance to make a measurable impact on data quality, operational efficiency, and overall customer experience within a dynamic and fast‑moving supply chain function.
What you´ll do
- Process and maintain customer-specific product data attributes in the Product Data Manager (PDM) system, ensuring accurate and on‑time publication
- Manage Global Data Sync requests, monitor new item setup, and support regulatory product registration activities (e.g., WERCSmart, Smarter Sorting)
- Collaborate with internal data owners to resolve missing or incomplete product attribute issues
- Prepare and support customer service–related reporting requirements
- Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team
- Ensure high-quality output aligned with KPIs for accuracy, speed, and compliance
- Perform other customer master data–related tasks as assigned to support overall operations
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's Degree in any field; preferably related in business course
- Preferably with at least one (1) year related work experience in Customer Master Data Management; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Knowledge in MS Office Suites (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) required
- Skills in VBA and Macro is highly preferred; SAP is an advantage
- Must be quick to grasp new concepts and willing to learn
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English
- Amenable to work on a night shift schedule (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM), following US holidays, and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
