What you´ll do
- Support with the preparation of project plans
- Support in project reporting and documentation
- Support in team member coordination
- Preparation and follow-up of meetings and presentations
- General organisational task
- Supporting the regional European PMO Team
What makes you a good fit
- At least 1 more year of active student status
- Minimum working hours: 25-30 hours per week with flexibility, in Budapest
- Intermediate knowledge in English, German is an advantage
- Confident knowledge and usage of Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT)
- Good problem solving and communication skills, not afraid to ask questions
