About this Position
- Responsible for Henkel consumer brands EC channel business development and key results (topline and bottom-line) delivery.
- Generate category long-term and short-term improvement plan, with measurable building blocks and detail action plan
- Dig out category & shopper insights to define and manage all categories 4P guidance for EC channel, which eventually helps Henkel products sell-through, in-store performance and margin growth for retailers and distributors.
What you´ll do
- Formulate with NTM the end-to-end EC trade marketing plans, which are aligned with the overall e-commerce sales targets, including distributors' P&L, platform-specific campaigns, promotional activities, and new product launch support, etc.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (NTM, finance controlling, supply chain, etc.) to ensure execution of trade marketing initiatives.
- Analyze e-commerce performance data (sales volume, conversion rate, traffic sources, and promotional efficiency) to identify optimization opportunities and adjust channel plan dynamically.
- Develop and oversee trade marketing budgets, track expense vs. revenue metrics, and prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders.
- Cooperate with EC KA leader and NTM team to monitor platform & category trends and competitor activities to refine trade marketing strategies and maintain competitive advantages in the e-commerce market.
What makes you a good fit
- At least 10 years of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, including a minimum of 5 years in e-commerce trade markets.
- Experience with distributors, proficiency in P&L management; candidates with sales or distributor experience preferred.
- At least 3 years of team management experience.
- Proficient in data analysis with the ability to derive actionable insights.
- Skilled at building positive relationships and fostering collaboration, with strong teamwork and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and significant influence.
