YOUR ROLE

• Support Customer Excellence Team to achieve target results in coordination with customers and sales department;
• Support daily processes of Customer Excellence Team, incl. documents flow, and customers on their requests;
• Control of the timeliness of receiving orders;
• Support of timely goods delivery to customers;
• Missed sales analyses, take the steps improve the service level;
• Invoicing support;
• Order processing, incl. EDI customer`s orders verification;
• Work with customer database;
• Complains management, processing claims;
• Participation in projects with the aim of improving Customer Excellence processes.

YOUR SKILLS

• Higher education in Logistics or Economics;
• Knowledge of Excel, (SAP will be a big plus);
• English language — Intermediate;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Previous experience in supply chain in FMCG will be a big plus.
