Customer Service Representative (m/f)

YOUR ROLE

  • Manage orders and deliveries providing high quality customer service, supporting Sales and Supply Chain departments
  • Collaboration with Marketing department
  • Accurate recording and monitoring of customer orders in SAP
  • Act as first point of contact for customers about orders and invoicing
  • Complaint management
  • Support of customers Credit and Debit Note issues
  • Support of customers Overdue issues
  • Accurate maintenance of customer master data in SAP
  • Track shipments and EKAER system management
  • Resolve problems, complaints, queries related to deliveries

YOUR SKILLS

  • Minimum secondary education and 0-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Fluent level of English and Hungarian languages is required
  • Accuracy, reliability, good time management skills
  • Problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to oversee processes, to work independently and under time pressure
  • Flexible personality with excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Strong level of MS Office skills is required, SAP experience is an advantage
