Regional Product Implementation Specialist (d/f/m)

YOUR ROLE

  • Implement globally developed formulas on regional level
  • Design and implement programs to develop the technical data needed to support the use of Henkel Products
  • Research, collect and report information on the selection of laundry and homecare products
  • Provide technical support for production trials in production plants in CEE region
  • Identify new opportunities for product development and work with development project teams to bring these opportunities to market
  • Colaborate with global and regional R&D, manufacturing, marketing and sales departments
  • Maintain Henkel Products and serve as a technical expert for trouble shooting

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor of Science (B.Sc./BSc) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry or other Technical degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated related experience in a chemical and manufacturing plant, preferably in Laundry and/or Homecare environment
  • Demonstrated project management and laboratory skills
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills
  • Proven leadership, sense of urgency, self-starter – takes the initiative
  • Potential for up to 10% overnight travel per year - Driving licence (B) required
  • Passion for innovation
